Who is behind this educational framework?

The page is founded by Dr Vinay Gunther, who has been a margii since 1973, and had contact with Baba many times during the 1980’s. He is a Gestalt therapist and trainer, originally from Australia, now living in Shanghai, China.

He established a Master Unit in Australia in 1992 (Ananda Rainjana), raised 5 children and now has 5 grandchildren.

He first proposed supporting acaryas through educational programs in 2012, and established the website in the same year. The original idea proposed contributing to the curriculum of acarya training.

This would require Shramans to be on board, and this never eventuated. So in 2026 he converted the site into a lifelong learning program.

Statement of allegiance

This website, and all training offered, is for the support of acaryas specifically, and Ananda Marga in general. The intention is to further the mission, improving the quality of acarya service work.

The courses are offered to all acaryas, without any conditions other than the 4 commitments. The site and the courses are not sponsored by any official organisational channel, and do not operate under the Ananda Marga structure officially or unofficially. The sole purpose of this site is service to all acaryas who want to further their skills, knowledge and competence.

We do not retain any data other than name, contact details and usual time zone. This data is confidential, and protected by our privacy policy. We do not share this information with anyone. Instructors receive only names of enrolees in courses, not their contact details.
